DIVING SAFARIS

Northern Safaris

Dive team 2013

There are two types of safaris in the Red Sea, one to the North, and one to the South.

The Safaris to the North of the Red Sea, are generally toward the Sinai Peninsula, and are between three to four days long. The dive sites visited are shown in the map, across leaf, but your diving centre usually be flexible, and chop and choose the sites they visit, should you request certain places beforehand.

Southern Safaris in the Red Sea

Safaris to the South of the Red Sea, are longer. They generally last a week (7 days & 6 nights). You will make your way by road, down to Marsa Alam, where you will meet and embark on the safari yacht, where you will reside during the duration of your time.

Southern Safaris are famed for encountering sharks, where most divers actually go to find them.
